I would apply for graduation as soon as you see the last transcript has been received by TESC. Whatever credits have not yet officially posted to degree audit at that time you note on the form (there is a space for it) so they will know to look out for those transcripts or apply them asap. Once you fax over your form, you can either call or send advising an email to let them know the final transcript has been received and request expedited review. You will see a much faster turn around time.
