A few thoughts:
TESC COS-330-GS: Computer Architecture, guided study option, 10 assignements (answering questions in the book, no asseys) , 1 proctored paper exam, 1 online exam, you can go at your own pace, I did it in a month and half. (just request the exam when ever you are ready, no need to wait)
ICCP SQL Adminisration, much cheaper, $285 for one exam, however all there is is a textbook to read to prepare for the final exam.
ICCP exam Internetworking & Data Communications, same price, I found that one much easier, I did without studying, however I have been doing IT and networking for over 15 years.
