Will InstaCert work with iPad?

I am just beginning in my journey of knocking out somewhere around 12 tests (CLEP, DSST) I am very excited and have seen InstaCert as the key through all my planning and preparation.

I'm returning back to the U.S. in a couple months and am looking at buying an iPad, I'm wondering if I would be able to use it to study for my tests.

The iPad doesn't support Flash, does anyone know what the InstaCert flashcards uses?
