I see what you are saying.
When a tutor is looking at a paper to assist the student in making it better they have a strong incentive to find something wrong. Normally, this is how they help. This may be part of why the grading process is coming out so strangely; perhaps, the tutors are trying so hard to find something wrong with the very good papers written by many of the members of this forum who would be far beyond the average student.
