If you click on the link that says "Testing," it states that it's referring to TECEP's. I've never heard of any fee for transferring in CLEP or other proficiency exam credits and from what I can gather from their site (http://www.tesc.edu/files/Tuition_and_Fees.pdf ), there is no fee for transferring in anything.
Oh, that's good to know. Unfortunately, with the cost calculator on their website, the only credits you can transfer in (using the cost calculator) are from regionally accredited schools. So there is nowhere to plug things like CLEP/DSST into the cost calculator. At the same time, what you plug into the calculator has to add up to 120 credits, which is why I put the CLEP, etc. credits under testing credits, since that seemed the only place to put them.
Even with the test credits transferring in free, it is approximately $1,000 more than EC, based on my scenario of 12 transfer credits, 4 TESC course credits, and 104 CLEP, etc. credits. So at least it isn't nearly as expensive as I thought, though God help you if you take more than a year to finish.
