If you're spending too much time talking about college, you're not spending enough time with what relevant skills you bring to the table. Everyone with a degree should have a certain level of knowledge, so don't focus on it - it's the same thing that any other recent grad will be talking about! Focus on your job/life experience and what makes you a better candidate than the other 499 people that applied for the position.
