Yes, but every time I do that, and click "schedule a test" it says that I'm scheduling the oral test.

Choose "Individual" then "Testing for a school or teaching license or other" then, when prompted, choose "no" about the teaching license. Later, check the little box that you are an independent applicant.

Just a quick update:

Contacted TESU, LTI's Reading Proficiency Test (RPT) and Listening Proficiency Test (LPT) do not duplicate the German CLEP either. Each is worth 6 credits and, at $35 per exam and $30 for online proctoring, they're a steal! Just in case anyone needs 12 more credits at less than $11 per credit :hurray:

Silly question, but what if someone were to take the test in English and English was their native language.

No. These are for foreign language credits only.
