Hi! I am currently enrolled in Excelsior's nursing program and successfully passed 3 of their nursing courses (tests). I still have 3 more nursing tests to go before I can apply for the next step of their program (CPNE). In addition to those tests, I need to get 15 more general education credits. I need at least 6 of those credits to be be completed prior to the CPNE.
My question is, which CLEPs would be the best to incorporate into my current studying? I was thinking about doing the Humanities exam, so I could only take one test and get the 6 credits. After reading some of the posts, I'm wondering if that's not such a good idea due to its difficulty. I believe I could also take Analyzing and Interp. Lit for 6 credits. I have no previous background/exposure in literature or art. I do have some music knowledge, but nothing to brag about.
My other option is to take two CLEP's - Intro. to Sociology and Human Growth and Development. Would it be easier trying to prepare for two tests separately or bite the bullet with one of the 6 credit tests?
I'm trying to do all of this by Aug. 31st! Thanks for any input!
