Thus, Study.com 305 Advanced Technical Writing is converted to TESU's  ENG 306 Inter.Tech.Wtg. & Prof. Wt.   3 credits.
There NO reference to the PROVIDER of ACE credit course  on the transcript.

Did you ever find out if CCAF accepted those credits on your TESU transcript that came from Study.com?  I'm in Afghan right now trying to find out how I can take some low cost classes since they no longer have a proctor here for CLEP/DSST.

I called CCAF a few days ago asking if they would accept the TECEP credits, but the lady was confusing me on what she was saying.  She said yes, but only if the transcript didn't come from TESU.  The more I tried to understand what she was talking about, the more confused I got, so I just got off the phone.

At the end of the day, I just want to know what options I have for taking the last two gen ed classes I need, and CCAF doesn't help much with figuring that out.

So - What your saying is: CCAF makes it more difficult for service members to get an Associates degree than many other institutions that assist military members like TESU, Excelsior, UMUC etc.

Did you call them?   CCAF (334) 649-5000
Did you email them? http://www.airuniversity.af.mil/Academic...Registrar/
What response did you get?
Please post it!

CCAF is silly. I did an AA at what is now Excelsior (USNY Regents) in 8 weeks. I then went on to earn two bachelor's degrees. But it wasn't until I was working on my MBA did I finally meet their weird requirements.

I wouldn't bother with CCAF unless (a) getting the degree had immediate and tangible benefits, (b) I had eyes on becoming a senior NCO (I took a commission instead), or © it was easier than every other possible route. I used to recommend it for NCOs as a way to show they supported CCAF--being a member of the club. NOT because it had any educative or career-related value.
