One of the most respected online programs out there is from the University of Illinois Springfield. They were a Sloan (MIT) award winner a couple of years ago. Online tuition is same as in state (under $300 per credit hour) and the graduate admission requirement is 2.5 . Specific programs may require a higher GPA or may conditionally admit you until you prove yourself. The Computer Science and MIS programs are both top notch.
