Has anyone completed STDEV - 150 Public Speaking at BYU Indep Study recently? Also, can someone confirm the CCAF will accept this class to meet the Speech requirement. My son is going to BMT in April and we trying to complete as much of his degree as possible.

I remember AFVEC had a database of previously assessed courses. Ask your son to check with his recruiter on viewing it. don't let the recruiter off easy, and let them say they cant access it.

PrLoko-isms Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently. Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end. Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example. Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work. Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

If I can remember, I will check AFVEC before I leave work today.

Would any active Air Force be willing to check with AFVEC and see if it is listed in the current CCAF course conversion. STDEV - 150 Public Speaking at BYU Independent Study
