CLEP exam scoring
#1
Can someone provide some clarity on how the CLEP exam scoring works? I see that it takes a score of 50 to pass most of the exams, and I am curious as to how this translates to the % of correct answers. I am scoring in the 70 - 75 % range on practice exams and I am unclear how this would translate to an actual CLEP exam score. Thanks...

That translates into a pass. What test are you studying for?

No one can be absolutely sure how College Board's scaled scoring works, but the REA books generally provide a chart showing roughly what your score means. I'd say for a 70% to 75% score, that would be a scaled score in the upper 60s or lower 70s most likely.
