Hey Guys,
I already took the College Math CLEP a little while back. I was hoping to do the English Composition one next but the way it looks Excelsior wont give credit for it (which sucks cause their Student Catalog says 6 credits).
So basically my question is...from experience, which CLEP general exams can I get credit for and how many credits for each?
I have to pay to take the exams (not in the military) so I'd really like to save some money and time if I wont get credit for any of them.

The only ones that they don't take and give the listed credit for are English Comp and Freshman Comp.. They take all the other general exams, and the rest of the CLEP exams as well.
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wile E. Coyote, genius. I am not selling anything nor am I working my way through college, so let's get down to basics: you are a rabbit and I am going to eat you for supper. Now don't try to get away, I am more muscular, more cunning, faster and larger than you are, and I am a genius, while you could hardly pass the entrance examinations to kindergarten, so I'll give you the customary two minutes to say your prayers.
Bachelor of Science in PsychoRabbitology degree
Master of Education with a specialty in Rabbit-specific destructive munitions (or eLearning & Technology, I forget which)
Doctor of Philosophy in Wile E. Leadership with an area of specialty in Acme Mind Expansion - 2017 Hopefully

I hear you. Excelsior takes four of the five General CLEPs for six credits each. The only reason I'm getting 3 credits for Humanities (such a fun test) is because I took the Literature in English GRE, which duplicates the other half of the Humanities exam.
It feels great to get 6 credits in one sitting, as you know from taking college math. Hope you can conquer the other 3 with similar efficacy,
R.
