TESU doesn't care what language(s) you take for your degree. Python, Ruby, C/C++, Java, etc.

Would I be able to take Communications 120: Presentation Skills in the Workplace from sdc or does it have to be communication 101:  public speaking?

this is for my public speaking class in computer science.

Yes, Communications 120 from Study.com fills the "Public Speaking" requirement at TESU.

Does COM 1000 - Introduction to Communication count?
It's not a study.com credit, it's credit from UCF

Probably not. I expect that will come in as intro to communications or similar. TESU specifically wants a public speaking credit in that slot.
