I am thinking of taking A&P at Straighterline in order to tackle the Excelsior RN bridge program.
I should take this with the lab (though I know I don't have to). My question revolves around the $250 lab kit they make you buy. Has anyone actually taken the course and can you tell me what you actually used from the kit? If all I actually need is a calf brain, some beakers and a couple of slides I would rather skip the expensive kit. Any thoughts?
Here is the kit SL specifies: Straighterline Custom Anatomy & Physiology Version 1 | eScience Labs, Inc. Does anyone have a list of the kit contents?
An alternate (much cheaper) through Amazon: [url=http://www.amazon.com/Chemistry-Lab-Science-Kit-Strips Does anyone have a list of what came in their kit?

My question stems from posts like this one: http://www.degreeforum.net/general-educa...stion.html
If I can figure out an alternate I can keep A&P 1 and 2 with Lab under $200 total I think...part of why I want to try it!

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.
