Degree Plan confusing

I'm building out my degree plan and I am working on my general requirements for BSBA Mgmt Info Systems at excelsior. This seems much harder than the exams! I have a fairly decent grasp on how the first few sections work (I believe), but the "Remaining arts and sciences" section confuses me. Is this a clever way to say "any class"? If I were to consider a double major/second degree, would it make sense to fill this with classes that would fit that area of study? Thanks for any help you guys can provide!

so far I have the following for my core requirements:

English/Humanities -15 (6 WR)
Written English - ?? Straighterline or PF?
A&I CLEP - 6 Credits (Passed)
American Literature - 3 Credits

Social Sciences/History Requirement - 15 Credits
CLEP - Social Sciences & History - 6 Credits (passed)
PennFoster or SL Microeconomics - 3 Credits
PennFoster or SL Macroeconomics - 3 Credits
CLEP Intro. Sociology - 3 Credits

Natural Sciences/Math (9)
Aleks College Alegebra - 3 Credits
Aleks Business Stats - 3 Credits
CLEP Natural Sciences - 6 Credits

Remaining Arts & Sciences - 21 Credits
Can any class go in here??

Yes, as long as they are "Arts & Science" which is to say they must be social science/history, math/natural science, humanities.
