I didn't ask based on a specific degree program, as this is a general ed/core requirement not specific to a particular degree program. I'm not enrolled there either, so they didn't taylor the answer based on my plan.

My EC advisor just approved Coopersmith's Information Literacy (ENG-103) to take and count for the Info Literacy course. I'm enrolled in the BSLA program. Hope this helps someone.

I will contact me advisor and see if she will approve Coopersmith's Information Literacy (ENG-103) and Business Writing (ENG-102)
This looks like a great option otherwise it is off to the community college for eng-102
does anyone know if Excelsior's Information Lit can be completed quickly or is it a full term?

:confused: If memory serves me well, isn't that the one credit course? Can't access their website to confirm.
I get this message: All Excelsior College computer and phone systems, including course access, will be unavailable from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET Saturday, May 21, 2016. All computing systems are expected to resume normal operation at 8:00 pm ET on May 21.

TCC/Coopersmith updated their course, it's now 2cr. I believe excelsior's is still 1cr

Also, consider SL EngII. It's been a good option for other forum members.
Yes, when I took Info Lit through EC, it only took a few of days. Other forum members took it even more quickly. Here is my feedback on that class, (but I hope you get approval for Coopersmith, if that is better for you):
