To whom and when should I submit a request to TESC that I wish to complete a BA and an ASBA simultaneously? I've already been accepted for admission.... do I submit the request only after enrolling in the Per Credit tuition plan?
By the way, what are TESC's policies if a student registered for a course but dropped it immediately BEFORE paying for it? Would the student be required to pay the course registration fee still?

When I got my BSBA evaluation, I raised a ticket to Advising, asking them to include the AA Gen Studies in my degree plan. IIRC,they did it the next day or so. I guess it is still the same process. You may address your request to Dorris Simon? She is usually helpful. There is no time you cannot activate the AA degree once an evaluation has been provided.

Saharapost, answered your first question. I'll take the second.
As long as the course was cancelled no payment is required. If you had paid you would have been refunded, see schedule below. (Source: College Catalog 2014-2015, p173)
Refund and Transfer Policy
> Withdrawals before the first day of the term = 100 percent tuition refund.
> Withdrawals between the first and the seventh day of the term = 75 percent tuition refund
> Withdrawals between the eighth and 14th day of the term = 50 percent tuition refund
> Withdrawals between the 15th and 21st day of the term = 25 percent tuition refund
> Withdrawals after the 21st day of the term = No refund

Thanks for your replies! Apparently, my account was charged the course registration fee even though I'd dropped the courses before making payment. Sent a Help Ticket and got the fee removed.
