Correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears the microbiology ECE is lower level rather than the upper level you listed it as:
Excelsior College | Microbiology
Whereas Straighterline's microbiology transfers as an upper level course to TESC:

TESC does not follow the UL/LL recommendations of any school or organization. Unless it's from a CC, microbiology is always UL at TESC.
