Hmm weird, which Evaluation Agency did you go with? It shouldn't take that long, most should take would be 4 weeks.  I mean, many of them have "express" evaluations that they charge double to get it done in 5 days, on average it should take no more than 10-15 days.  Even with what's going on in the world, I would say 4-6 weeks at most, which is 28-42 days...

Correct, I paid over 200us to Eneb about 70 days ago to send transcripts to WES. Eneb has already sent me my diploma and personal transcripts. So I am thinking is Eneb just busy or just delaying transcripts to WES? I personally truly don’t care about the WES valuation.

I am not sure what the issue, but now u can send electronically all documents. Wes Canada accepts documents by email instead of physical documents as long as the documents sent from the institution itself. The institution must email the docs and Wes will evaluate it. I think WES USA will do the same. U can contact WES USA and recheck if this option is available. Then u can solve issue without any excuses from ENEB part on docs are not ready ...... or whatever u have issue with there.

As far as ENEB , i had no issues with them at all yet. They fast solving any questions even on weekends.

ENEB had excellent customer service. I had not issue with that. Except over two months and still waiting for transcripts to be sent to WES. For many here on the forum that is more important service  than its customer service.

LOL, I think WES is being a bum, ask if they accept the online format: Código Seguro de Verificación (CSV)
Seriously, they can ask for an online verification or something along those lines, by email/etc.
During this time, I highly doubt they really need an "official paper" copy. Still, I would message WES.

Cofffeee, did you get your post graduate diploma evaluated? If so, did it come out as expected, a graduate diploma? If not, are you going to get it evaluated with WES Canada or another option? Basically, for Canadians they have 5 different options to go by...

Noticed this in the WES application database:




I also saw Universidad Internacional Isabel I de Castilla, so they are definitely evaluating these degrees. If they weren't, a notice like this would pop up like it does for Universidad Azteca:

They do evaluation of ENEB but it doesnt mean it will come up as equivalent of USA degree. One of my friends evaluated his degree which also was initially in WES database. He got evaluation as degree from institution which is not accredited/ recognized at the end
