It's best to create a short list of ones you may want to take the classes from or graduate from, there may be programs that allow up to 50% transfer credit. I would put more emphasis on either cost, ease, speed to finish, or the classes you take towards the program interest you more. Check the recommended institutions on this board and the sister board, along with the AI recommendations, plus the website lists too, make your own shortlist and have a couple of them used as backup options.

Lovely Professional University, Chandigarh University and Vivekananda Global University, all private universities in India, have online MSc in Mathematics, at very low cost (not sure if they are 100% online though, or if any other barriers for international applicants).

The online MS in Math at Western Illinois is only $500/hour including fees.
It wins over UTPB as being affordable, as there is no extra charge for out of state students.

The LMS is Brightspace.
It is not CBE, but is asynchronous.

Finally, they allow you to pick from one of the following concentrations: statistics, applied mathematics, numerical analysis, pure mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, physics, or the teaching of mathematics.
