even with fees, it's around 165/cr as long as you take 6 or less cr. per semester- more than that and they charge you out of state tuition. If you want more info, I can point you toward several people working on their masters there.

Louisiana Tech University Global_Campus. Online students who live outside of LA pay the same as instate. Costs around $170 per credit hour with fees. Online Masters in Health Information Management. Online graduate certificates in technical communication and domestic/family violence.

Northwestern State University of LA. Tuition for non-residents is also around $170 per credit with fees. Masters degrees in Art, Education, Health/Human Performance. Looks like they will also teach a masters in English in the future according to info on this page.

University of Louisiana - Monroe. Costs around over $220-$240 per credit for students outside LA depending on course load. Masters in criminal justice and gerontology.
