Yes, Davar Managerial communication and Saylor Corporate Communication both will come into TESU as MAN 373 - Managerial Communications. Straighterline and Study.com Business Communications will come in as a COM-300 communications course.

Do you know if as Man373 it can count as the Business Com course needed for professional business requirements
I have passed Davars but as Man373 I think it will fit into my HR AOS wondering if I should move it to professional business requirements and find another course for my AOS

No, I highly recommend against that. I would take the Davars Man 373 as it fits the AOS.
I would then take the Straighterline OR Study.com Business Communications for the requirement.
What I did for my BSBA was exactly that (I took Saylor and Straighterline for two cheap communications courses).
The info pretty much overlapped and I was able to get into the groove with the Saylor exam for a cheap 6 credits.
