Excelsior Timeframe for ECE Exam Results

I've read many posts on this issue, however, I still want to clarify. Am I correct in concluding that ECE exam results are updated in Excelsior's system within a day or two[SIZE="3"]?[/SIZE] It's my understanding that If I want to graduate by May, I need to submit all final additions/changes to Excelsior by April 4th. so they can be updated by April 18th (or something along these lines).


My main concern is that I have 2 ECE exams to take (American Dream & Ethics). How soon do I have to take them in order for Excelsior to get the results and add the new information to my transcript?

I don't know if this will help you but when I emailed the business team at excelsior about this I received this reply.


We have conferrals every month.

To graduate: April 18th transcripts would have to be received by March 21st
May 16th " " " " " " April 18th
June 20th " " " " " " May 23rd

Now I'm even more unsure. In the online pamphlet, it says that "All updates must be in 2 weeks prior to Conferral Date." Thus, everything should be in April 4th for the April 18th Conferral date.

So which one is accurate? :confused: No offense, but for my sake, I hope the later date is correct.....(but something tells me your dates seem more accurate). Well, when did they send that reply to you?

I received the email Feb 21st. I was asking about when they needed the tecep business policy and dsst statistics results by for a spring graduation. Maybe the difference is ECE exams are theirs. To be sure you should get ahold of your advisor and verify the dates.
