Foreign Language Courses

Does anyone know of any foreign language courses (doesn't matter what language, anything from Spanish to Swahili) that can be taken online or otherwise via distance education that

A.) Does not have proctored exams

and

B.) Can be taken on a pass/fail basis for credit/no credit since I just need FL credit but not a grade.

Foreign language has always been my achilles heel and a major that I'm looking at wants at least through the 3rd semester.

I had Latin in high school but that was over a decade ago and I've forgotten everything I learned.

Don't believe it's possible to become proficient enough to pass the clep with a high enough score to get 9 hours of credit in a matter of months like you can with the other tests. I'd rather just take the classes for credit only and no grade in the most painless way possible.

I don't think you'll find introductory foreign language courses without proctored exams.
