Hi, I'm working towards a degree at TESC in International Business. My question is, do you all know any where I can take the courses not provided at Thomas Edison? Basically, they only offer International Economics and International Finance.
I have looked for schools that allow just coursework in this area, but I haven't had much luck yet. Any one know of anything?
B. Area of Study: BSBA in International Business
Required Subjects
Introduction to International Business
Choose one of the following: International Economics, International Finance or International Marketing*
Electives
International Accounting
International Monetary Systems
International Transportation
Import-Export Management

Multinational Entry Strategies
Thanks!

Eastern Oregon University has an UL International Management course. I have seen International Accounting somewhere before- let me get back to you on that.
Canada's Athabasca University, which is RA in the US so you won't have any trouble transferring any classes taken with them to TESC, may have something that fits the bill for you.
EDIT- Columbia College has UL International Business, UL Cross-Cultural Management and UL Global Marketing courses. Maybe Production and Operations Management will fall under International Transportation because supply chains are usually international. Adams State College has UL International Marketing and UL Global Business Strategies, plus you may be able to get approval from TESC for Current Topics in Management.
Last but not least, Cal Berkeley extension has an Import/Export Trade course (only 2 credits, though, and it may be a Grad course).

Hey! Thanks for the info, I am looking into those options, as well as SNHU online, which has several different international business courses.
Thanks for your help!

SNHU isn't a bad option for undergrad (grad tuition is really high).
Good luck....

One other option is focus on international business for your MBA and test out of your BSBA in General Management with TESC. Obviously not a choice for everyone, but an option nonetheless.
On a side note, if you like international business, check out the link in my sig. It's a bilingual MBA with a specialty in emerging markets.

I am looking into a MBA for after I finish my BSBA with the University of North Alabama. It is one of the cheapest MBA's I've found anywhere, close to 12,000 in total. It's regionally accredited and accredited by the AACSB. I do wish I could do the bilingual MBA though!

Are you sure UNA's MBA program is AACSB?

ups! you're right. UNA is ACBSP accredited, not AASCB. I apparently was misinformed. What are your thoughts on accreditation for MBA? How important is the AASCB for it?
