Doctorate in Public Administration. It aligned well with my current roles. Congratulations...
Mind if we ask what school?
Since the following helpful link is a post by soliloquy on such program options, I strongly suspect it is one listed in this thread (they didn't make it clear which they choose then, which is their prerogative) - https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...ams-by-Uni

Given that doctoral cohorts are rather small, and in the interest of privacy, I'd rather not. But, I did create a spreadsheet of all DPA programs I had located at the time.

Fair enough. I am looking at the spreadsheet with my phone and the screen is being wonky. Is there a column showing pricing of the various programs?

I did not add a price to the spreadsheet because I figured that would become out of date pretty quickly. But, I think I did link each program website to the spreadsheet so it wouldn't be difficult to make a copy of it and then use it to keep track of costs for the programs that interest you.

Why would anyone put in so much effort and  achieve such a lofty goal only to keep the name of the awarding institution a secret?

Because it helps the poster retain their anonymity (pseudonymity). That's a perfectly valid decision and each poster's decision to make.
