That's true, although there's no need to muck about with the code to do that, as it supports importing themes.

Ah! I didn’t realize that. (I think I heard that before but must have forgotten). It makes sense then that free and low cost providers tend to use it.

Populi seems to be a popular choice among small, Christian schools. I prefer Canvas over Moodle and Blackboard.
