I'm trying to do a degree plan for the same school and concentration. Is this the degree you're pursuing? I have the same question.
I wondered if TECEP Introduction To Critical Reasoning would qualify. It seems different.
Math courses with some logic could possibly qualify? (Discrete Math)
Penn Foster Pulse and Logic Circuits might qualify? It's electronics which could be "Programming Logic" or "Digital Logic". (The course might be hard.)
If you are still needing this course, could you find out from COSC?

You could try to get approval to use
https://lagunita.stanford.edu/courses/Ph...aced/about
It only costs $55 for materials fees. It doesn't explicitly give college credit, but it uses the same software and problems as the UNC Chapel Hill symbolic logic course I transferred to TESU.
For the cost, it's worth a shot to see if you can get it approved.

for credit online options,
BYU has Introduction to Logic for $549
https://is.byu.edu/description/PHIL-205-M001
UNC Chapel Hill still has Introduction to Mathematical Logic, it's a quick 5 1/2 week summer term online course, but if you're not a North Carolina resident it is a hefty $3,285.39
University of Missouri has a self-paced Logic and Reasoning course
Logic and Reasoning | Mizzou Online | University of Missouri that costs ~ $1064 as a non-resident
I think the $399 Introduction to Logic course dfrecore was talking about is
*Introduction to Logic

I would need to see if I can find my old evaluation, but I believe I used either Principles of CS I or II or Java Programming I for the Logic requirement. Most likely, it was the Java class.

American Public University has a 3-credit, 8-week online logic class, "Logic," for $810. ($270/credit) If you are military/family/veteran, it drops to $250/credit. eBooks included in this cost. It has a pre-req, don't know if that can be waived.
APU Course: PHIL300 - Logic
