Is the microeconomics test heavy on graphs or are there just a few? I am kind of wondering whether I should study more graphs or just focus on the InstantCert flashcards. Also, are there any formulas that one would need to memorize? Thanks in advance!

Took it this morning , a total of ~5 graphs, one with a ~3 questions based on it, the others relating only to a single question.

Good to know. Do you have any other helpful advice? Did the IC flashcards cover basically everything that was on the test?

Sorry, didnt us IC for this , used the REA guide, which covered all the info needed to pass the exam - but was presented in a really poor manner compared to the other (6) books of theirs I have used. Alot of sections it read "the student should know TOPIC_A and TOPIC_B." but failed to go over the topics - so it worked that I had an econ text at home to refrence, as well as wikis.
As far as what to know the majority of the test was being able to selct what actions a company would do based on topics like MC, ATC, AVC, price and competition. Also there was alot of application of supply and demand, both of production and of labor. If you can run through a barrage of "what if" type questions based on pricing, volume, labor and you know the different types of market competition you should do fine. --C

The test had some graphs on it, but they were pretty basic, simple graphs. Nothing very complex.
I used the Cracking the AP Economics Exam book. It was great. I also used Instant Cert. If you use these two resources, you should be able to pass easily.

Well thanks to everyone on this site for all the help they have given. I took my Microeconomics test today and passed with a 61! This was my last CLEP and I now have earned my BS Accounting degree! This is great site and I don't think I could have passed without finding this site. Thanks to everyone on here!
