Modern States + Uopeople = Least expensive RA Bachelor's??

Hey,
I just got to know from some of my friends that they completed some NCCRS accredited courses and UOPeople. accepted their credits. Plus, they provide courses in a cheaper price like 89$/month with access to their 70+ courses. Can someone suggest me if I should consider taking credits from NCCRS or ACE. Sophia Learning is openbook, non-proctored and UofP is waiving the transfer fee for the first 20 courses.
Study.com only recently followed that model.
Most People use Sophia Learning.

upi-study has proctoring and is only 89$/month for U.S. Nationals.
Foreigners have to pay 250$ per course.

There's also Coursera, where some of the courses also give you credits. Google IT support is one of them (15 credits).

UofP suddenly deleted any mention of Coursera as a partner and is now charging 17$ per Transfer.
For some time the transfer fee for the first 20 courses from Coursera was waived.
