If you enroll in 9 or more credits in a single term, they automatically switch you to the flat-rate tuition plan. In order to pay the residency waiver, simply take the cornerstone, then the capstone when you are eligible. When you have filled in all degree requirements, apply for graduation. They will send you an invoice for the tuition waiver. That's it. That's all you need to do.

This... that's basically all... One thing to note is to pace yourself with these alternative credits and work on a provider at a time to maximize your subscriptions. If you have remaining Sophia.org credits, do them first, then go on with Study.com, and finally finishing the required two courses at TESU.

Ok, so TESU will accept your courses as follows:
UWP 1Y - English Comp Writing 2.67cr - they would have you make up for .33cr in GE Electives area, except that you have 3.33cr in Chemistry, so no worries there
CS 110B - C++ Programming - will come in as your programming requirement, and has extra
CS 110C - C++ Data Structures - will come in as your Data Structures requirement, and has extra
MATH 110A - Calculus I - will come in as your Calc I requirement, and has extra
CS 110A - Intro C++ - will come in for CS Electives
ECS 10 - Intro Python Programming - will come in for CS Electives
MAT 21B - Calculus II - will come in as math elective

Because you have courses with more than 3cr, it will make up for any lack, so you are fine. You won't have to do any extra work, just continue on with getting the courses you need and no need to worry about the 2.67cr courses.

You also have all the RA credits needed, so you can do Sophia for GE, and then Study.com & Saylor for the major.

Needed:
English Comp II (CLEP or Sophia)

Sophia
Sociology (Diversity area)
Intro to Ethics (Ethics area)
Am Govt (Civic Engagement area)
Psychology, Economics (SocSci)
Art History, History, others (Humanities)
US History (History)
2 add'l SS/Hum/His courses
Env Sci, Bio, Chem (Science course)
Free Electives (18cr)
