July 1st: 90 alt, only w/ agreement.

Do we have a list of the agreements? (upcoming agreements also)

I have emailed them to ask who their agreements are with, they haven't nailed it down yet.  They need to.

They don't know who they have agreements with? How can you not know that it's "X, Y, and Z but the list may be amended in the future"?

Seriously, I have no clue!  I was wondering the same thing - a preliminary one with specific agreements, and then an updated one where they add a few providers?  How is this not already out?

Thanks for asking!  Hopefully they'll have a list to share of some kind soon.  Working on Sophia for now since that sounds like it's still safe.

Regarding CSM, I thought they were partnered with COSC? https://www.csmlearn.com/product/ACEcredit

If that’s the case then CSM should still be good for credit. It says “partnered schools” and “guaranteed” a lot on their site. I know it’s just 3 Liberal Arts elective credits, but it’s $39 and might be the push someone needs to graduate.

I see COSC lsited under "Which colleges give credit for CSM?", but it might be outdated.

CSMlearn does have a written agreement with COSC, but I am waiting to hear back from them if that will still be in effect with this transition in policy. I will let you know when I hear back from them.

I heard back from COSC today, and they said that the CSM Course will continue to be accepted. So, yay!

Great! Is it accepted as an elective or quantitative literacy?

As an elective. All of the current articulations of the CSM Course at various colleges can be found here: https://www.csmlearn.com/product/ACEcredit

COSC doesn't have a "quantitative literacy" requirement, that's from TESU. COSC just calls it "Mathematics."

Hello all,

How exactly would the "grandfathering" work for this? Would it be as easy as the credits for non-partnership providers need to be on the ACE transcript before July 1st? Would I need to apply / enroll before July 1st? Or would it be safe to say that all options should be attempted?

Thanks!
