I cleped Principles of Supervision pretty easy. Didnt even study but I know for a fact Human resource managment will be harder. Do you think if i study the prep material on here for it i will pass? I think you only need a 400 or something just like principles of supervison. If anyone who has taken it can give me a heads up what to look out for or encouragment that i will do fine using this site. thanks.

Well I can't answer that for you. The only DSST I took was Technical Writing; however, I would always edge on the side of caution. No matter what exam I take I always study. It never hurts to review the material. So if I were you I would review material, and at the very least take a practice test. Remember the only person that can decide if they are ready is you.

You are correct in assuming that the HRM DSST is quite easy. If you have a decent understanding of basic psychology and management, the rest should be common sense. Go through some practice questions or a a practice test to get a feel for what to expect and if you do fine, you should have nothing to worry about.

Sorry, I should have added that. Yes, the flashcards will be a useful study/review tool.

Do you need HRM? What are you using it to fulfill? CCAF, bachelor's, or do you just need a class for a bullet?

I just took this exam on Tuesday. If you can master the flash cards then you should have no problem passing the exam. My main study resource was a HRM textbook, plus I did use the Wise Owl guide for the HRM test. I did read through the flash cards once but they were not my main resource. Good luck with your test.

@nicksplace11,
IC flashcards and specific exam feedback were very helpful for me as well. It's really good to study for this exam in the same grouping as Prin of Supervision/Prin of Management, and/or Org Behavior. I agree HRM builds on both Management & Psychology. I located my HRM study notes from a few years back and sent you a PM with details.
