Question about DSST transcript/institution code

Hi everyone,
I recently took a DSST, and it was the employee's first time administering a DSST so it was kind of awkward getting the exam set up.  I've taken DSST exams before, so I just skimmed over the personal info during the exam set up.  After the exam I realized I never specifically entered my institution code for excelsior college.  I checked my account and I already had the EC institution code saved from previous DSSTs.  

I can't remember seeing a specific page to enter in an institution code, so I'm thinking maybe it was already auto-filled with the rest of my info.  Does anyone happen to remember if that's the case?  I'm trying to avoid paying the $30 for a DSST transcript.. but EC hasn't received my DSST score report after 8 days and previously it took 5-6 days, so I'm starting to think I messed up.

I would contact Prometric ASAP and explain that you intended to select Excelsior, but the employee's troubles distracted you from making sure. They might be able to fix it up for you, or verify that the report has been sent.

Thanks, I emailed them today on your advice.. Hopefully they will be able to let me know something soon.
