Upper level test out exams?

You will see that they charge an extra $20 per course credit or exam for a "technology fee." https://www.excelsior.edu/costs-and-fina...rgraduate/

Yes, I've taken TECEPS. I took Public Relations and Environmental Ethics and Liberal Arts Math, I think. The format is very similar to Study.com finals. You take it at home with ProctorU

BA in History/English from TESU.
