I think I did very well on the speech. I had a few umms in there but not too bad for a first speech (4:20). She gave me (accidentally) 25 minutes to prepare and even though I was ready at 10, I kept writing until she came and got me. She also asked if I had kids and how old they were so that she could give me something I would know about.
I printed and studied the chapter summaries and glossary for The Art of Public Speaking that was suggested here. It was right on. I only studied it for about an hour before the test and feel that I did very well.

p.s. that was the last requirement for my AAS so this is going to be a really long 8-9 week wait!
