I looked on TESU's site but could not find the Residency Waiver cost.
Could someone link it, or post the policy please?
How many classes are required? Just the Capstone if you had everything else?

Here's the fees page:
https://www.tesu.edu/tuition/fees
and the tuition pages:
https://www.tesu.edu/tuition/tuition-fees
You have to take the cornerstone (3cr) and capstone (3cr) at TESU, leaving 114cr that can be transferred in. There is a limit of 90 credits from alt credit providers, so you have to have 24 credits from regionally accredited (RA) or foreign schools to make up the rest of the 114 transfer credits.
If you take less than 15cr at TESU, you have to pay the residency waiver fee.
Tuition for the cornerstone and capstone, plus the residency waiver costs:
$1635 Cornerstone
$1635 Capstone
$3354 Residency Waiver
======
$6624
To save money, some people take the cornerstone, capstone, and three other courses as a 15cr 'Full Time Fixed Price" term which costs: $4299, and eliminates the need for the waiver fee. In either case, you pay the $50 application fee and the $298 graduation audit fee.
Which one to pick depends on your priorities (speed vs ease vs price), and what credits you already have.
