I really dont like the platform. I did a trial and cancel. I renew if im 100% sure that i apply to cosc or excelsior.

If you don't like the Shmoop platform there is no need to use it for COSC or Excelsior. It only retains its low cost if you can get through the courses quickly (two or more in a month). There are plenty of other provider course options for you to use at COSC or Excelsior.

Yes iknow. But for us non usa People it is more expensive because we cant use TEEX or online degree or clep.

As long as you complete the course before the expiration date, you are fine. It would not be surprising to see them extended again if the ACE review process isn't complete, although sometimes that doesn't happen right away and people find themselves sitting and wondering whether they will get extended.
