Self_paced DBA without require MS/MBA

Hi!
do you know any university offer self-paced DBA(Doctor of Business Administrator) without require to first have MS/MBA ?

i already have BS in IT, and many many professional certificate in IT and Management, so the combination should be more than an MS/MBA,
but i need to find a university that accept the exceptional situation when i don't have MS/MBA

I'd pose this question over at degreeinfo.com because their members are more likely to be pursuing graduate study at the moment or be employed in higher education.

In my limited knowledge of such programs you may be able to find one that will grant you admission but you will be expected to make up the hours as you go along. Namely, if the doctoral program is 90 ch they may grant you a waiver on 30 if you have an MS / MBA, otherwise you must do the full 90. Very few programs are going to grant ch for professional credentials at that level.
