Like the title says, does shmoop keep your progress? I wasn't able to get a few classes finished before I cancelled my subscription. I wanted to focus on ALEKS. If I decided I wanted to go and finish a few shmoop courses would my progress still be there or would I have to start over?

It did for me - I started a course and came back to it about 2 months later to finish. The unit tests I had completed were still saved.

Ok thanks. If I had to start over I wouldn't go back. I'll consider it if they are saved. Want to avoid as much shmoopiness as I can

No problem! If you want to be extra sure - Go to your Shmoop dashboard and under Accomplishments, click on Earned College Credit. It should show your classes’ progress and unit scores.
At least on Shmoop you can see your dashboard without a current paid subscription, unlike studydotcom.
