As per website, the coursework is online however you still gotta travel to Cape Town for exams. 

Students do not need to be resident in Cape Town for this degree, as the coursework is online and all work is submitted online. However, students are expected to come to UCT for exams at the end of each semester.

Ouch! The flights would be more expensive than the degree itself... Interesting find though, someone who's close by or in the area can get this done, seems like an interesting program...
