I am interest in pursuing the AS-Nursing at EC.

Do you have to take the labs for A&P for EC to accept?

If so, where did you get the lab kit?

I can not comment on the acceptance from Excelsior.

I don't know if you desire to go further than an AS degree. However, I would recommend that if you are going into any medical field you should take the labs. If you ever decide to go on to complete a science BS or grad school they may look for a particular number of courses with labs. As courses with labs are hard to come by via distance learning, and that you can't add the lab after you have taken the course, it would be well worth it to pick up the extra unit.

Just completed My A&P requirement for EC. Nursing Program. I did not need to take the lab but I thought having it might help if I decide to go for BSN or B,S. The corse was not a cake walk but doable. IF you have any questions let me know. EC should be getting the Transfer grades any time now. They will not be a Letter grade. but a Pass/Fail or CR. .. anyone know of a online Micro- class ?? let me know

Ok got it done just completed AP-1 with lab.and AP-2 and the credit has been posted at EC. did not take long. to get the Credits to EC.. this was agreat way to get it done.. I did in 45 days.. could have done it in 30..
