Study.com FIN102 possibly LL for finance majors?

I completed this course a few months ago. ACE credit recommendation is for 3 hours in introduction to personal finance. I've got it in my spreadsheet as BUE101, other electives. Don't recall sending an ACE to TESU, so I probably just placed it on my spreadsheet assuming it was a meaningless course.

I may go for a BSBA, Finance, so I was looking around for some Finance courses. I already know where I will get 5 of them (4 UL, 1 LL). I noticed that NCCRS's credit recommendation for this course is, in LL Bach degree, 3 hours in "Finance, Basic Finance, Principles of Finance, or Financial Management."   Do you think this means these credits could possibly be accepted as LL Finance if submitted to TESU via NCCRS rather than ACE?

Nope. That is not considered "finance" in the business sense. You have to take Principles of Finance.

True. Would be nice if Personal Finance satisfied the core finance requirement, so that Principles of Finance could go to the concentration. Still, some screwy things go through sometimes. Like 8 credits for two SL Calculus courses, or my Intro to Database course satisfying 3 LL credits of my General Management. Just thought since NCCRS specifically recommends credit as Finance, maybe TESU would approve it. But, yeah, I don't expect it would work.

I have only submitted traditional college transcripts thus far. If I wanted to send an NCCRS xscript with Fin102 on it, how would I do that? Do they even handle xscripts?

Your Calc courses won't go into GM (or any business). Those are Gen Eds. Intro to DB may fit into it though.

Personal Finance does not teach ANY of the things that Intro to Finance does, it is 100% guaranteed that it won't be accepted by TESU as the Finance course. It is a BUSINESS degree, and personal finance is not that. Check the syllabus for Intro to Finance and see what they're looking for, and why personal finance won't fulfill it.

For NCCRS courses, you go through the course provider to get the transcripts sent.
