Study.com Pre-Test Option
#1
I found a button that allowed me to test 30 questions at a time and it satisfied many of the quizzes in my accounting course.  I can no longer find this option for any other courses or the original course that I am taking.  Any idea where I can locate this?  This allowed me to keep going until I was no longer proficient in my subject.

So it would give me 30 questions and if I got one question right it would satisfy a quiz by saying something like "proficient in depreciation".  Help Smile

Some of the study.com courses don't have that option at all. It should say something like, "test out of material you already know" on the main course page.

It sounds like you're referring to their placement exam (of sorts). I recall having been offered that option for the personal finance course but I haven't seen it for anything else. I know it exists for other courses though.

Yes, the placement exam is correct. It seems they are readily available for their non-credit courses and apply toward their credit courses. I must have done a few for the non-credit courses and they transferred over.

This page shows you what courses have placement tests available.
https://study.com/academy/about/placement-tests.html

If you have already reached 30% completion of a course by course overlap or by placement test, the placement test option is no longer available.
TESU BA June 2018.

I was able to use it for Human Growth & Development, took 2 placement exams, then stopped for the night, when I logged back on, it was no longer an option! Bummer, but I was able to test out of more than 30% of the course. I wish I could have done more.

So same happened here. If you don’t stop and keep going I was able to complete 86 of 123 requirements. I also took tests on the closely related non-credit options and noticed it filled in some of the spots too.

Weird about the website. The only way I can access it is when I turn on my VPN and change my IP to a different country.
