Study.com Proctor Questions
#11
Not to derail or anything, but I just took my first study.com final (Presentation Skills in the Workplace) and I was just wondering if it's cause for concern if I couldn't get a clear image of my ID with the webcam? I spent like half an hour trying to, mumbling swears under my breath, ahaha

I had a really hard time with that too!  Didn't seem to be an issue.

I'm sure it can be a bit blurry as long as they can still read that the name on the ID matches the name on the test and they can tell that the picture matches you. If they cannot verify your identity they can hold up or invalidate the test results.

Ah, do you guys think there's a particular amount of time I should wait before taking another exam? I can almost guarantee my next ID photo will be just as blurry, and I don't want to get flagged twice

Make sure it transfers to ACE (or TESU, etc.) and move on to the next.

For my first one, I waited until I got the results back before starting my second test... just in case. Once it came through I moved on and haven't looked back.

So if my dashboard now shows the course as 100% complete and has the certificate of completion, but under exams it still shows as pending, I should still wait before trying to transfer it in?

Your final score is not official until the proctor session has been reviewed/approved. So, you can request transcription to ACE (or direct transfer to TESU), but the request cannot actually be processed until the final score is posted.
