The other option you can consider is BS in Computer Technologies from Excelsior. You will have degree title as BS instead of BA. Excelsior takes only 2 weeks to finish the un-official evaluation where as TESC will take long time to complete the evaluation. I am doing my final course (capstone) from EC now.

I will certainly look into it. Any particular reason why a BS is preferential over the BA? I've heard a BA may be difficult to get into a Masters program post undergrad, but any other reason?

The OP already has an evaluation from TESC.

The title computer science is much more recognizable than computer technologies. Out of all of the computer-related degrees, computer science has the most flexibility and marketability. The BA vs. BS thing doesn't matter. Several schools only offer BA degrees for the natural sciences, mathematics, and computer science. The natural sciences and mathematics are liberal arts subjects and some schools think that computer science fits with those two fields since it's based on physics and math. At schools that offer a BA and BS in STEM majors, the only difference is a foreign language requirement. At other schools, the difference can be greater. There is no standard difference between a BA and a BS. The only major where a BA vs. something else would make a difference is with engineering because BA degrees in engineering tend to not be ABET-accredited. Graduate schools will only care if your computer science degree covered the typical courses.

I just thought of examples. Harvard University is ranked #17 in computer science (#9 in theory) and only offers a BA in Computer Science. I doubt any employer or graduate school would look down on that degree because it's a BA. UC Berkeley is ranked #1 in computer science; they offer a BA and BS in computer science. There is no difference between the two degrees within the CS major, but the BA is not ABET-accredited. ABET accreditation is not all that important for computer science. If you want to double major in computer science and something like mathematics or physics, you have to choose the BA. Someone double majoring in computer science and engineering would have to choose the BS.

Thank you for clarifying. I was just about to start googling ba vs bs.
I think I know which courses I need, and where to take them. Would you guys do anything different?
Degree Plan
The courses I need are highlighted in yellow.
Thanks again!
