Yes I did see that. Thank you for organizing everything for me! I think I'm going to go ahead and sign up for some SL courses to see what I can get done. I think that as long as I am pursuing or close to being done with the degree when I apply for the position, it would be fine.
I am tempted to get the AAS in Applied Computer Studies but can't bring myself to spend $4200 for an associates degree, when the bachelors will cost practically the same.

Personally, I wouldn't bother with the AAS. If anything I'd use that to obtain a BS Business Admin (CIS) after the current degree, if you are in the IT field. Or moving on to your masters may be a better use of the money.
