After you use up those 2 exams, you can pay $70 per exam after that. During one month, you can't do more than 5 courses.

Do I need to complete all the quizzes for each lesson before I can take the final?

Yes, all the quizzes need to be completed. If there's an assignment, that's also supposed to be submitted before the final.

Quizzes must be completed, and you should try for 100% on every quiz within the first three attempts. You can take the quizzes as many times as you want, but only the top score out of the first three is recorded. The minimum score to pass each course is 210 out of 300 points, so 100 points on the quizzes is almost half of what you need to pass.

For Study.com courses that do not have assignments, the quizzes are worth 100, final exam is worth 200 points.
For courses that have assignments, quizzes are also worth 100, final is worth 100, assignments are worth 100...
All in all, get as many points as possible for the quizzes, your assignments/final would become "easier" for you.

You don't HAVE to complete the assignments before taking the final. But the quizzes must be complete.

You should aim to get 100% on every quiz within the first 3 attempts. It'll make your life easier in the long run. Getting 100% is easy, once you get the hang of things.
