Have you looked into WGU's IT Security degree? Cost of a bunch of certs are rolled into tuition.

Learn a trade. Gain technical skills. Make money, then use this money to get a degree...if you have the desire.

As ajs mentioned I outlined my progress through the cybersecurity program at COSC in that thread. From initial transfer to getting certs evaluated. I enjoyed the program, but transferred in quite a few credits, did several portfolios, used certs, and only took 4 classes with COSC.
